Validity vs duration of stay
Both visas are valid for 60 days from issue date — meaning you must enter the UAE within those 60 days.
Once you enter, your stay countdown begins. The 30-day visa allows 30 days inside the country, the 60-day allows 60.
Extension policy
Both visas can be extended ONCE without leaving the country, for an additional 30 days. Extension fee is roughly $108 paid directly to the GDRFA.
After the extension expires you must exit and reapply. Overstays are fined AED 50/day.
